Clean Plate Eatery was founded in 2018 by Executive Chef Jose Mejia who decided to take it upon himself to change the way in which we dine. Our mission is to use local, organic products with no artificial or processed ingredients and GMOs. We are fully committed to sustainable food service with a farm-to-table approach. Every dish is made with our Planet in mind as we make every effort to produce minimal landfill waste by recycling and composting.
